Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Presley Boutique. If for any reason you do not love your selections, we will issue store credit of purchase for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 14 days of order. All exchanges are final sale, unless an item exchange was due to damage or an issue on our end. Items must be in NEW condition, unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, makeup, and damage free. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact. All sale items, gift cards, earrings, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits and adhesive bras are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. Presley Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
To start a return, you can contact us at shoppresleyboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent to you. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Presley Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
If your return is accepted, the return total will be added to a gift card for store credit for you to make a separate purchase for an exchange or a new item at any time.
